Slowing Parkinson's Progression

Through Food and Lifestyle

Research shows that diet and lifestyle interventions can slow symptoms and help to increase the quality of life and health for people with Parkinson's.  I use a gentle approach that slowly helps you to re-establish a relationship with food that is mindful and intuitive with a focus on ensuring nutrient dense foods and making easy and steady progress toward whole body health.

When you book a FREE discovery call, we will spend 20 minutes talking about your specific concerns and the way that my philosophy and approach will fit with your goals so that you can begin your Whole Body Health Journey.

I was awarded an M.S. of Integrated Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrated Health and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My approach to health is gentle, root-cause, holistic, and research based.  I specialize in partnering with people with a variety of conditions including Parkinson's, digestive health issues, and those looking to use food as medicine.

I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey!
